Lorie

Lorie Adams, LMT, graduated from Midwest School of Massage 2005. She specializes in Myokinesthetic, Trigger Point therapy, Cupping, Prenatal massage, Warm Bamboo and Hot Stone massage. Lorie knows that every person is unique and will take the time to listen to you and customized  each session to what you need most. One of her favorite things about massage is getting to know new people and helping them in the best way possible. She will always make sure that you are comfortable and that the massage is about what you need and want to make sure you are feeling better by the end of the session than you did at the beginning.  Lorie is also available for on-site chair massages for your office or special events.

Jeff Vesely, LMT, went to Intellitec Medical School in Colorado Springs, Co. in 2007. After retiring from the US Army with 20 years of service, he moved to Nebraska and attended Medical Assisting classes at Kaplan University in 2009. He then enrolled in the Omaha School of Massage and Healthcare in 2011 and went on to earn an Associate's Degree in Health Care. He graduated from  Massage School and studied Personal Training as well. He is qualified in reflexology and the following massage techniques: cranio-sacral, pregnancy, hot stone, deep tissue, sciatica, and trigger point. He is especially known for helping people with neck pain, shoulder pain, and migraines. He is very friendly and laid back which helps his clients relax.
